That is right, you do NOT have to be a first responder to be eligible for this down payment and closing costs assistance. As long as you work for a company that has a brick-and-mortar location here in the state of Florida, You are buying a primary home, have a 640 credit score or higher and make less than $144,000 a year (broward county income limit). You may be eligible to receive up to $35,000 in down payment assistance funds.

You do not have to wait 45-60 days to close. We reserve funds in as little as 1-3 days once you are approved by underwriting.

This program offers discounted interest rates, no points on your interest rate, you are expemt from paying city,county tax stamps at closing AND receive 5% of your loan amount which can go towards down payment and/or closing costs.
